The Stanford University has recently released a list that represents the top 2 percent of the most-cited scientists in various disciplines. The exhaustive list is consisted with 1,59,683 researchers. We are proud to announce that our dedicated scientist (Prof. Jayasundara Bandara) is also among them.
Dr. John Ioannidis of Stanford University who is an expert in this arena, created this massive database to rank all the most cited scientists systematically in each and every field based on data from Scopus that ranks journals and gives a citation index.
This database includes the top 2 percent of scientists of the world from different fields on the basis of standardized citation indications.
As a well know research institution in Sri Lanka we highly value Prof. Bandara’s incredible achievement and as an institute we wish him all the success for his future research career.
