Reporting Accessibility Issues

Email: web@nifs.ac.lk
When reporting an accessibility barrier, it is helpful to include: • The specific page or feature you are trying to access • The assistive technology or browser you are using • A description of the difficulty you encountered
We take all accessibility reports seriously and will endeavour to respond within five working days. If an issue cannot be resolved immediately, we will provide an accessible alternative on request.
For guidance on contacting organisations about inaccessible websites, we recommend reviewing resources published by the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI).
Ongoing Improvement
Web accessibility is an ongoing commitment. NIFS continuously reviews and improves the accessibility of its digital platforms to ensure they meet evolving standards and the needs of all users.
We conduct periodic accessibility audits and welcome feedback from users with disabilities as an important part of our improvement process. If you have suggestions for how we can make our website more accessible, please do not hesitate to contact us at web@nifs.ac.lk.
