NIFS opened its doors to the general public and the scientific community, on the occasion of the First Open Day on the 29th of March, 2019. Throughout the day, the curious, forward thinking minds of Sri Lanka explored the NIFS and the scientific work conducted here. The day was jam packed with lectures, lab visits and Q&A sessions presented by the scientists at the NIFS.
We are grateful for the opportunity to share our state of the art laboratories and cutting edge science conducted at the NIFS.
