Minister of Trade, Honorable (Dr.) Bandula Gunawardena and delegates recently visited the National Institute of Fundamental Studies (NIFS) Kandy to launch the research study report on the amazing water bubbles at the Hope Estate in Nuwara Eliya by the NIFS on 19th February 2021.
