"Eat Smart, Live Strong” Workshop on the Power of a Balanced Diet for School Children
The Science Education & Dissemination Unit (SEDU) of the National Institute of Fundamental Studies (NIFS), in collaboration with the Nutritional Biochemistry Project, successfully conducted the “Eat Smart, Live Strong – Power of a Balanced Diet for School Children” workshop on 13 November 2025. Held as part of the Science Week initiative organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the programme aimed to raise awareness among school children about the importance of maintaining a balanced and healthy diet.
