A.M. Hasara is currently serving as a Research Assistant in the Material Development and Pollutant Remediation Project at the National Institute of Fundamental Studies (NIFS), while pursuing her M.Phil. degree at the University of Peradeniya. She graduated in 2024 with a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Chemical Technology, specializing in Chemistry, from Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka, and joined NIFS in 2025.

Her current research focuses on the Synthesis, Characterization, and Catalytic Performance of F-block Metal–Intercalated Zeolites. Her research interests lie in Materials Chemistry, Nanotechnology, and Environmental Chemistry.
