Research Assistant - Nutritional Biochemistry
Malmi Wickramasinghe joined as a M.Phil. Research Assistant to the Nutritional Biochemistry project at the National Institute of Fundamental Studies (NIFS) in 2022. She received B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Food Science and Technology from the Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka in 2021. Her research interests lie in the area of Nutritional Biochemistry, Functional Properties of Foods and Human Nutrition. For her M.Phil. study she will be focusing on “Dietary Habits and Heritability of Food Choices in Sri Lankan Twin Cohort”.
