Yasasvi Jayakodi  is a Research Assistant in the Nutritional Biochemistry Division at the National Institute of Fundamental Studies (NIFS), where she is currently pursuing her M.Phil. degree at the University of Peradeniya. She graduated with a B.Sc. (Hons) in Food Science and Nutrition from Wayamba University of Sri Lanka and joined NIFS in 2024.  Yasasvi's research interests lie in the fields of Nutrition and Food Science.
