Roshani Witharana currently works as a library assistant at the National Institute of Fundamental Studies. She completed her Diploma in Library and Information Science Part I and II from the University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka in 2005 - 2006. Roshani started her career with the Sri Lanka Institute of Advanced Technological Education (SLIATE), Kandy in 2007. She then joined the National Institute of Fundamental Studies (NIFS) in 2009 and was appointed as a Library Assistant in 2014. Roshani received her three years Higher Diploma (NVQ 6) in Library and Information Science from the University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka in 2014, and is currently an undergraduate student (external) at the same University.
