Sealed Bids are invited for the supply of undermentioned Laboratory Equipment by the Chairman, Department Procurement Committee (DPC), National Institute of Fundamental Studies, Hantana Road, Kandy.

Only the sole nominated representatives/accredited agents of the respective manufacturers of the equipment offered for the Sri Lankan market are eligible to participate in the tender and shall comply to the provisions under public contract Act. No. 3 of 1987- Sect 6.

The bid applications could be obtained from 10.05.2023 to 20.06.2023. from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. on working days by the eligible bidder, agent, representative or nominee on behalf of a bidder on the submission of:

1. Written application to the Secretary, NIFS, Hantana Road, Kandy.
2. Payment of the non-refundable fee in cash or money order to the National Institute of Fundamental Studies (NIFS), Hantana Road, Kandy.

Sealed Bids must be delivered to the Chairman, Department Procurement Committee, National Institute of Fundamental Studies or deposited in the Official Tender Box No. 1 kept at the Director’s Committee Room on or before 11.00 a.m. on 21.06.2023 Supplier or authorized representative can participate at the time of bid opening.

The decision of the Department Procurement Committee will be the final decision.
